Due to COVID-19 all services are Telehealth

For the protection of our clients and community all services are currently available via Telehealth. This is a convenient way to have the support needed and often times even easier to accept changes and share secretive behaviors being in the comfort of your own home. Nutrition services are all individualized for adolescents and adults yet all geared to reach optimal health.  Initial assessments are 60 to 75 minutes and follow ups are 45 minutes to 60 minutes. When working with adolescents, general protocol is to have parent(s) sit in with adolescent for a few minutes in the beginning of sessions and then again at the end. Appointments are still available to be booked via Telehealth by calling 617.410.8823.
