The Practice
Founded by Dr. Andrea Szebeni, PsyD, RD, Coastal Nutrition provides specialized, evidence-based nutrition therapy designed around the individual, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Finding experienced nutrition support for eating disorders, disordered eating, and the unique demands of athletic performance can be challenging. Coastal Nutrition was created to bridge that gap by providing thoughtful, individualized care that considers the whole person: their nutritional needs, medical history, lifestyle, physical activity, goals, and relationship with food and their body.
With more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Szebeni specializes in eating disorder nutrition therapy and sports nutrition, integrating her expertise in nutrition and health psychology to help clients build sustainable behaviors, improve their relationship with food, and support both physical and emotional well-being.
Every client receives personalized nutrition guidance tailored to their individual needs. Rather than rigid meal plans or generic recommendations, care is collaborative, practical, and designed to support meaningful progress that can be maintained beyond the nutrition session.
